The NTSA Elite Advisor Award recognizes the contributions of advisors who, by their actions and example, have advanced best practice standards, advocacy, leadership and legacy in the 403(b) and/or 457 retirement industry, and in so doing, have improved the ability of American workers to build a successful retirement.
The 2016 NTSA Elite Advisors are:
- Martin Arinaga of Financial Group, Inc., Mililani, Hawaii.
- Jaclyn Bell of Dearborn & Creggs, Sugar Land, Texas.
- Josh Decker of EFS Advisors, St. Paul, Minn.

“NTSA’s Elite Advisor Award recognizes the very best advisors, as nominated by their peers,” noted NTSA Executive Director Chris DiGrassi. “Working with a range of partners like attorneys, accountants and plan administrators, these Elite Advisors help individual plan participants accumulate assets for retirement, understanding their goals, educating them on options and potential results, and deliver and monitoring the full range of allowable investment products.”
An annual member recognition program, the NTSA Elite Advisors Award was established in 2014 by advisors for advisors and for the industry — to honor advisors who have helped shape best practices in serving clients in the 403(b) and/or 457 retirement industry
The 2016 NTSA Elite Advisor Award winners were announced in a general session of the NTSA 403(b) Summit, the industry’s premier education and networking event for 403(b) and 457 plan market professionals.
